    Job Description

    We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator for our full-service Plumbing Company. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a long-time career and to grow with us.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan, schedule, and attend appointments, meetings and events
    • Assist with project scheduling and coordination
    • Update accounting and billing system
    • Handle accounts payable/receivable
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other office tasks required to run office operations on a daily basis

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Computer literate with knowledge in Quickbooks, Adobe, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word
    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Responsible and able to work alone and with a team
    • Dispatching experience a plus
    • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
    • Knowledgeable with plumbing material and jobs a plus
