PIPING DESIGN SPECIALIST - REVIT

We're currently looking for an experienced REVIT Design Specialist for a local Job Assignment in Sterling Heights Michigan

Selected professional will be working on-site at the Engineering office in Sterling Heights, MI

Will be working closely with Sr Mechanical Engineer, supporting the development of Complex Piping Systems for Large Industrial and Commercial Projects

Some Travel may be required to provide design support to the field offices

Min 5 years of Full-time work experience in the Design and Development of 3D Piping

Min 5 years of Full-time work experience in the Design and Development of Mechanical Systems using REVIT CAD system

Extensive experience in Design and Development of Piping Systems for Industrial or Large Commercial Systems, including knowledge of Pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, bolting, gaskets, hangers, and supports.

Experience creating Spool Sheets & Drawing sets using REVIT for large-scale mechanical pipe systems for industrial & commercial buildings

Experience working with REVIT Add-ons such as SysQue or Evolve to develop detailed prefabrication packages, including spools – Training is available for Strong Piping Designers with REVIT experience

Familiar with Piping installation and Fabrication

Required to work (Paid Overtime x 1.5)

Must be able to travel (Domestic) when required up to 25% – Paid
