    PJI Law, PLC, a boutique law firm in Fairfax, Virginia, is growing and looking for another kind, smart, and motivated attorney to join our wonderful team. We are looking for a full-time, Virginia-licensed attorney with experience in probate and estate administration. Experience in civil litigation would be a plus but is not required. This position would be ideal for someone who would enjoy the opportunity to interact with clients daily, to design and execute strategies for their cases, and to have significant independence in handling a diverse caseload. Our firm exists to help those who wish to plan for the legal protection and security of their families, sometimes in the wake of a personal loss, and this position is crucial in allowing us to effectively help them. Compensation includes a base salary and productivity bonuses which together would be in the range of $100,000-$120,000. Responsibilities: • Handle cases from start to finish in a high-quality manner • Ensure regular follow-up with clients, as we pride ourselves on regular client communication and excellent client service • Delegate and utilize the support provided by the team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks • Conduct a portion of new client consultations • Contribute to the firm's success as needed, whether by developing new procedures, assisting with collections, covering for colleagues so they can have quality time off or in other ways Qualifications: • Virginia Bar License • Experience in probate and estate administration • Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with clients and potential clients • Excellent organizational skills and ability to closely follow established policies and procedures • Strong attention to detail, including impeccable spelling and grammar • Ability to multitask and be flexible Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
