Barista Job Responsibilities: - Consistently provide excellent customer service with a cheerful, friendly personality - Work well with others and act as a team player - Accurately prepare and serve PJ's Coffee beverages and food products according to standards - Respect and maintain equipment - Have high integrity with a great attendance record - Maintain a clean and tidy work area while following health and safety guidelines - Communicate feedback and suggestions to management - Have fun serving great coffee, beignets, and more!
