    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service, Project Mgmt. person to join our team! Medium size company with over 30 years of local service. Key position in a fast paced office.

    Experience in the printing, mailing, design or marketing industry a plus.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicate with clients mostly via emails
    • Process data, prepare reports and job instructions
    • Manage and update multiple projects simultaneously each day
    • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
    • Maintain required project documentation
    • Provide instructions and project reports to production.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in a position which required strong computer skills
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Strong leadership qualities

    Weekdays 8-4:30 - 95823 area - paid sick, vacation and medical after short probation period. Advancement to management with salary base for qualified person.
