Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service, Project Mgmt. person to join our team! Medium size company with over 30 years of local service. Key position in a fast paced office.
Experience in the printing, mailing, design or marketing industry a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with clients mostly via emails
- Process data, prepare reports and job instructions
- Manage and update multiple projects simultaneously each day
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Provide instructions and project reports to production.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a position which required strong computer skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
Weekdays 8-4:30 - 95823 area - paid sick, vacation and medical after short probation period. Advancement to management with salary base for qualified person.
