    Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 4 days onsite/week)

    Visa Sponsorship: We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN (for eligible Canadian and Mexican). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B).

    We are looking for a Technical / Functional Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our CIB Client Regulatory Reporting IT team. This role requires someone who is both hands-on technically and strong on the functional side of regulatory reporting. You will be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting regulatory reports, with a strong focus on FR 2052A.

    _ Role and responsibilities_

    • Develop and maintain regulatory reporting solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.
    • Own the FR 2052A report end to end, from requirements and design to delivery and validation.
    • Work closely with business and regulatory teams to understand reporting requirements.
    • Translate business needs into clear technical and functional solutions.
    • Build and maintain data structures (data marts, reporting tables) used for regulatory reporting.
    • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure report accuracy.
    • Support testing, production releases, and ongoing enhancements.
    • Troubleshoot issues and respond to regulatory changes or audit requests.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within a financial institution.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
    • Mandatory experience with FR 2052A regulatory reporting.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of reports.
    • Experience working directly with business users and technical teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Axiom is a plus.
