    Partner Success Business Analyst

    What You're Great At:

    You are a whiz at creating systems for tracking data and are a skilled visual storyteller through graphs, charts and other data visualization tools. You thrive on having clear conversations to uncover business needs and using data to meet those needs. You are a self-starter and love working quickly to exceed the expectations of others. You love to contribute to the growth of a team - leveraging your unique expertise and creativity with data and reporting to move the larger needs of the company forward.

    What You’ll Do:

    Create business trackers for each new PLACE team using Google Sheets and other data visualization software. You will own the existing template and tracker creation process while making improvements to both over time.

    Communicate with teams directly about their tracking and reporting needs and make customizations to their master tracker as needed - delivering a world-class service experience every step of the way.

    Connect with new teams that join PLACE (as well as new staff members) to help them manage their company’s data and understand how to best use the tracker to meet their needs.

    Oversee virtual staff who support in the creation and updates of the trackers.

    Work alongside the rest of the Partner Success team to utilize your tracking and reporting expertise to serve other department goals as needed.

    Skills You Have:

    2+ years of experience using Google Sheets and/or Excel at an intermediate to advanced level

    Experience building complex reports, preferably ones that include Scripts or VBA, and a relentless focus on accuracy

    Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization software such as PowerBI and Tableau

    Managing projects and tasks remotely with a decentralized team

    Excellent communication, both written and verbal

    Real estate administrative experience preferred

    This is a full-time position, typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed. The position allows for fully remote work.
