    What You’ll Do:

    Handle the onboarding process for all new clients including processing their payment, connecting them to their Coach, and ensuring a seamless start to their coaching experience

    Work closely with our Coaches to prepare them for their new clients

    Manage all aspects of billing including processing refunds, collecting past due balances, processing client cancellations, creating invoices, negotiating payment arrangements, and processing reimbursements

    Audit and process sales commissions, Coach commissions, and revenue share allocations for payroll

    Oversee the transferring of clients from one Coach to another

    Manage the onboarding process for all new Coaches including preparing their paperwork, scheduling their onsite training, and conducting an introductory welcome call to outline company policies and procedures

    Liaison with property management and supply vendors

    Qualifications and skills:

    Business or Accounting-focused Bachelor’s degree

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

    Strong project management skills and people skills

    Ability to produce accurate financial reports

    Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    At least 5 years of relevant experience
