    Please read through. This is a commission based sales position (not salary or hourly) and a California real estate license is needed or you can be in the process of obtaining one. We are a fast growing Southern California real estate sales team and have more leads than we can handle! We are looking for someone who is HUNGRY. If you are an experienced real estate agent, new agent or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, the leads and the coaching that will take you to a six figure income!

    Our team members spend time doing what they love most (helping families, selling homes and making money) and less time doing what they don't like (time-consuming paperwork, processing and coordinating). We have full-time admin to handle your transaction paperwork from contract to close.

    Responsibilities

    Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

    Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

    Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

    Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

    Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants, and then make them happen!

    Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience

    Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market

    Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget

    Qualifications

    Demonstrated sales success

    Self-starter and able to perform tasks independently

    Superb interpersonal and communication skills

    Top-notch time management skills

    Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

    A team player that plays to win!

    Must have or are pursuing a valid Real Estate License (we can help you with the process if you aren’t licensed)

    Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

    Bilingual is a PLUS!
