    What You’ll Do:

    Creates and maintains company status reports and tracking

    Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.

    Responsible for all financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.

    Oversees all contracts through closing and listing launch.

    Creates and maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.

    Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team.

    Implements talent and Power of Moments campaigns.

    Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout and Partner Call.
