What You’ll Do:

Maintain Team Lead’s schedule & daily business needs

Prepare necessary paperwork for appointments with clients & and other industry professionals

Organize and respond to Team Lead’s correspondence

Manage Team Lead's Social Media Platforms

Management of Client Database and Communication including real estate clients, coaching clients, local realtors, agent recruits, and more

Various weekly, monthly, and seasonal tasks to support Team Lead's Business growth

Skills You Have:

Team player & comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Learning-based, growth-minded, open to feedback

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Knowledge of basic office suite software, social media platforms, calendaring systems, and comfortable with basic computer systems

Excellent time management skills
