  • Responsibilities

    What You'll Do:

    • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC logic, I/O, field devices, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

    • Diagnose equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.

    • Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.

    • Support automation installations, upgrades, validation, and equipment changes.

    • Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and production performance.

    • Document work using Maximo/CMMS and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal teams.

    • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 2+ years of hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience in an automated environment.

    • Ability to access, read, and understand PLC logic/code for troubleshooting purposes; PLC programming is not required.

    • Strong troubleshooting skills across PLC, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

    • Experience supporting automated industrial or production equipment.

    • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

    • Strong attention to detail, quality, communication, and teamwork.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment.

    Nice to Have

    • Maximo or similar CMMS experience.

    • Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or Industrial Maintenance education.

    • Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing.

    • Robotics, conveyor, packaging, or material-handling systems experience.

    Join a highly automated production environment where you'll troubleshoot, maintain, and improve complex equipment and PLC-controlled systems. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment reliability, root-cause troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This is not a PLC coding/programming role however this person will need the ability to read and understand the logic, and use it to troubleshoot equipment issues.
