As a premier owner and manager of residential properties, PLK Communities specializes in the construction, acquisition, redevelopment, and management of high quality apartment communities. Currently, we are in search of a full-time Construction Laborer for our Elevation 800 community located in Covington, KY that is currently in construction.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Groundskeeper is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for thebenefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:

Perform any and all grounds keeping needs

Responsible for grounds and amenity areas - upkeep in clean and operable condition

Report maintenance or grounds issues to manager

Pick up trash and debris on property, parking lot and around dumpster areas

Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment

Help identify and correct unsafe conditions

Snow removal and laying salt when needed

Special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Groundskeeper experience a plus

Comfortable working outside in ALL conditions

Able to lift or move up to 50lbs

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Able to pass a background check and drug screen
