Currently, we are in search of an enthusiastic part-time Leasing Consultant for our Duveneck Square community in Covington, KY. This position is part time and is scheduled for 24 hours per week; hours to be determined but Saturday availability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Representative

Greet prospects

Present professionally the features and benefits of the apartment community

Properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons

Very service orientated and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.

Qualifications and Skills

Sales experience, especially in leasing or real estate

EXCELLENT customer service.
