As a premier owner and manager of residential properties, PLK Communities specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of high quality apartment communities.

Currently, we are in search of an experienced, energetic full-time Property Manager for our Mallard Lakes community in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversees the operational and financial aspects of our residential apartment community

Responsibile for managing the leasing and maintenance teams

Collections

Revenue Enhancement

Reporting

Compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Monitoring leasing performance

Monitors and prepares monthly financial statements

Monitors revenues and expenses

Monitors occupancy goals

Qualifications and Skills

Exemplary customer service

Strong leadership ability

3 - 5 years of recent experience in a property management leadership role and leasing experience.
