    Responsibilities

    Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

    Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.

    Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.

    Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

    Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

    Participate in catering events as required, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.

    Uphold standards of fine dining service while preparing meals for guests.

    Skills

    Proven experience in culinary roles, particularly as a Line Cook or similar position.

    Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling practices.

    Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is advantageous.

    Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is preferred.

    Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

    Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the kitchen environment.

    Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
