We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated PM Shift Lead to help lead our restaurant’s dinner service while supporting overall hotel operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

As the PM Shift Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing dinner service from start to finish while supporting both guests and team members.

Lead and manage dinner service operations, ensuring smooth, efficient flow

Oversee and complete closing procedures for the restaurant

Act as the point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues quickly and professionally

Handle voids, comps, and cash transactions with accuracy and accountability

Step into any role as needed: bartending, serving, hosting

Support the team by assisting with daily tasks such as bussing tables, running food, dish, and expo

Maintain proper inventory levels and place orders for beer, liquor, and wine

Monitor and manage inventory control and organization

Cross-train with hotel operations to support overall property success (with primary focus on restaurant)

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in restaurant leadership or shift lead role

Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and bar service

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills

Reliable, accountable, and a team-first mindset

Experience with cash handling and POS systems

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
