Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring patient safety.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication profiles.

Assist in training and mentoring pharmacy technicians and interns.
Requirements:
PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
Active California pharmacist license in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in long-term care.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of pharmacy software and electronic health records.
