Job Summary: As an Entry Level Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. You will be responsible for handling calls, maintaining client relationships, studying competitors' performances, and contributing to the overall sales efforts of the company. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and grow within the sales department. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities. Actively listen to clients' requirements and recommend suitable security access control, CCTV camera surveillance solutions from our product portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends, and provide regular reports to the sales team. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, product availability, and product features. Coordinate with the technical support team to address any customer inquiries or issues. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Knowledge or experience in the security access control, CCTV camera surveillance, or IT is a plus. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
