    Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated Director of Sales to enhance our company efforts by identifying and nurturing new opportunities. PM.com received essential government approval in April 2025, which will drive the company to significant growth. Income potential is unlimited and you could earn over $1,000,000 annually by end of YR2.

    Responsibilities- Yours and Ours:

    PM.com provides:

    1. Lead generation
    2. CRM database
    3. Documents for conducting business
    4. Training materials and office support
    5. Opportunity for advancement

    Your responsibilities:

    1. Call political entity leaders based on leads provided
    2. Present the PM.com solution
    3. Create long-term relationships with political entity leadership
    4. Assist entity representative with sign-up and completion of documentation
    5. Be present in the office on a regular basis

    You will be calling on ten (10) political entity types. Our company is Nonpartisan.

    Collaboration is very important as a positive and energetic work environment is "key." We expect substantial growth which includes office expansion. Therefore there is ample opportunity for income and advancement within the company.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A strong track-record will substitute for degree qualifications.

    \- 5-10 years in business development or sales.

    \- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

    \- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

    \- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Pay Details:

    PM.com anticipates offering high commissions and bonuses throughout the year. Subject to successful completion of a 90-day probation period as determined by PM.com, those in the position of Director of Sales may be eligible to convert to a salaried position; however, the commission-only option provides a higher income potential. By the end of Year 2, top performers in Business Development could earn up to $1,000,000 annually.
