    Job Description

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·        Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Applications

    ·        Extremely organized; strong multi-tasking and time-management skills

    ·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    ·        Professional demeanor

    ·        Works well in a team environment, and can also work independently when fully trained

    ·        Reliable, strong work ethic

    ·        Must complete our FORMATTING TEST in our office

    ·        Ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Our internal team is small, and we share in various responsibilities and provide each other with back-up

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·        Bachelor’s degree (field of study does not have to be construction or engineering related)

    ·        1-3 years of experience in administration, recruitment, office management, administrative support, or similar role

     

    RECRUITMENT TASKS:

    ·        Work within various databases and recruitment websites; identify qualified candidates for various staffing needs

    ·        Maintain and update resumes’ records, follow-up with candidates and schedule interviews

     

    MARKETING AND PROPOSAL WRITING SUPPORT TASKS:

    ·        Search various databases and identify bid opportunities

    ·        Organize and track bid opportunities

    ·        Assist the Proposal Manager in preparation of promotional/informational Statements of Qualification for potential clients under strict deadlines as needed

    ·        Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other documents including formatting and improving presentation layout; prepare charts and graphs as required

    ·        Create and maintain company’s marketing materials

    ·        Support the marketing team on company social media efforts

    ·        Manage the company’s website, updates, edits, etc.

     

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE:

    ·        Provide professional administrative support

    ·        Handle office operations (supplies, mail, phones, office events)

    ·        Maintain a neat and orderly office

    ·        Contract and schedule meetings with potential clients, as directed

    ·        Research new clients and potential new CM/PM work

    ·        Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare meeting notes, as needed
