JOB DESCRIPTION

PMD Beauty is a growing beauty brand with an international presence seeking to bring on someone to facilitate order fulfillment operations.

We are looking for a positive individual with a talent for managing 3PL relationships and navigate logistic and delivery needs. The ability to report and analyze data and improve processes will be a plus.

We are looking for an individual who doesn't rest until a task is accomplished and is a follow-up champion. We hope you can bring experience that we will benefit from, as well as be willing to learn from us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage order fulfillment from local and international 3PL partners
• Manage order fulfillment from overseas manufacturers
• Manage internal communications about order status
• Manager flow of order and shipment data between customers and warehouses
• Oversee order fulfillment for high profile orders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years similar experience
• Excel experience, including data analysis
• Passionate about organization and accuracy
• Ability to analyze data and suggest improvements
• Be able to collaborate with others.
