Job Description

PMGCOS/ NugSmasher, the leading manufacturer and distributor in Lake Havasu City, is looking for a professional Customer service focused specialist to help our customer base with a seamless sales/ customer service experience. This position must exercise independent judgment, have problem solving skills, and possess excellent communication skills. The Customer Service Specialist works closely with various departments, and is committed to teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Respond to all customer and sales representative inquiries via phone, email, social media chat etc.

·   Assist with the tracking of customer orders

·   Stay current with product knowledge in order to assist customers with product questions.

·   Quickly investigate and resolve customers’ problems and questions in a calm, professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·   A minimum of 3 years’ experience performing customer service functions.

·   Ability to accurately process high volume of transactions.

·   Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast pace environment.

·   Detail oriented and a strong team player.

·   Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task.

·   Preferred experience in Microsoft suites (excel, word)

PAY:

$17.00 TO $20.00 PLUS COMMISSIONS  *DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS. AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE RATE PAY IS OVER $25.00 PER HOUR WHEN COMMISSION IS FACTORED IN.

40 HOUR WORKWEEK. HOURS - CAN INCLUDE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
