We are seeking a full-time, in-person Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing outpatient mental health clinic in Silver Spring.

This role is ideal for a provider who values stability, structure, and meaningful patient care in a well-supported clinical setting.

🩺 Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

Provide medication management and follow-up care

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team

Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

📅 Schedule

Full-time (5 days/week)

Daytime hours

No weekends

In-person only (Silver Spring location)

✅ Qualifications

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

Active Maryland RN and NP license (or eligibility)

DEA license and CDS registration

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Experience with outpatient psychiatry preferred

Ability to manage a full caseload independently

Strong documentation and time management skills

Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
