    As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) on our team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients overcome their mental health challenges and improve their quality of life.

    Job Summary

    Conducting patient assessments to diagnose mental health conditions

    Job Description

    Developing treatment plans and prescribing medications

    Monitoring patients' response to treatment and adjusting treatment plans as needed

    Interpreting psychological tests

    Collaborating with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to coordinate patient care

    Documenting patient medical records

    Communicating with patients and their families regarding their care and treatment plans

    Conducting medication reconciliations and managing medication refills

    Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options

    Responding to patient inquiries and concerns

    Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of patient information

    Qualifications

    Master's Degree (Required)

    Licensure To Practice in the State of Texas (Required)

    Certification

    US work authorization (Required)

    Strong clinical background with solid experience in psychotherapy

    Responsive to a fast-paced environment

    Must have a working knowledge of EMR/EHR

    Bi-lingual is a plus
