About the Position:

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic. This is an on-site position — no telehealth — offering the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health treatment plans

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient care

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation using electronic medical records (concurrent documentation preferred)

• Work independently while also engaging proactively with patients, families, and staff

Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with Board Certification

• Master’s degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority

• Active Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)

• Must be willing to relocate to Oregon

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking clinical setting

• Must pass a background check and be current on all required vaccinations

• Bilingual candidates preferred
