Job Description
As a Residential Property Manager with PMI Central Iowa, you will be part of a team responsible for a large portfolio in a high volume property management organization.
Responsibilities
Work with accounting team to maintain rent rolls and bank balances
Market, show and lease rental properties
Oversee maintenance coordinator to negotiate, and manage maintenance projects with vendors, owners and tenants
Work with tenants and property owners to prepare and execute new leases and lease renewals
Contribute to the growth of PMI Central Iowa
Ensure properties are in compliance with city and state regulations
Monitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners
Ability to oversee physical inspection of properties
Qualifications
Current Iowa Real Estate license or ability to obtain one within 6 months
Attention to detail and processes

Ability to deal with high pressure situations when working with tenants, property owners, & vendors
Able to execute solution orienting actions to quickly resolve concerns

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly competent with current technology and able to learn new technology quickly
Propertyware and/or Rentvine software experience A PLUS!
