Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee operations at our various properties. In this position, you will work with leasing agents to create leasing contracts for new tenants, ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, collect monthly rents, and track daily expenses. We also expect our Property Manager to provide regular status reports on the condition of the property and any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of property management experience.

Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

Negotiate lease contracts, Collect rent, utility, and other payments.

Inspect property for damages and routine maintenance.

Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.)

Maintain and update property records

Document expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties.

Maintain a positive relationship with owners, renters. and tenantsMain focus will be project management, overseeing renovations and unit turns

Property Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Real Estate/CAM license preferred

3+ years of property management or related experience

Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations

Proficient with property management software (Appfolio)

Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules

Excellent communication skills
