PMI specializes in Property Management, Short Term, and Real Estate Brokerage (commercial and residential). This is a commissioned based contract position and does require either to have a real estate license or to get a real estate license (Alabama). Must be located in the Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores area. As a licensed agent in this role, you would have multiple ways to generate commissions from real estate brokerage to business development management of our property management division. Responsibilities:

List and sell residential or commercial real estate

Recruit Real Estate Agents

Business Development for Residential and Short Term Rental Management

Short Term Services Business Development

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers

Host open houses and other events

Prepare market analysis to help determine property value

Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Attend Real Estate Association Networking Events

Actively Prospect to grow our brand across all locations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields

Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
