    Job Description

    We are a full-service Homeowners Association Management company looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team working onsite at one of our key client locations. Our Maintenance Technicians perform a wide variety of support tasks to help maintain the smooth and efficient operation of an exclusive gated community including basic handyman type work, keeping the common areas clean and neat for resident use, and even some landscape maintenance work. Previous hands-on maintenance experience is desirable. A successful Onsite Maintenance Tech is service oriented, has a strong work ethic, and is flexible enough to handle rapidly changing needs in the community.

    Our office is located in Sugar Hill, but this role is located in Johns Creek, GA. This will be a permanent full-time position and we are looking for a long-term addition to our team. Part time work could be available to the right candidate. Please only apply if you truly looking for stable, full-time work.

    Responsibilities and Job Duties

    50% outdoor work performing general outdoor maintenance in a residential country club setting.

    Ability or experience operating weed wackers, blowers, electric power tools, pool equipment, etc.

    Will require cleaning of bathrooms, pet stations, etc. as needed to supplement the other vendor services.

    Be able to drive an automatic pickup truck and / or golf cart as needed.

    2+ years of stable work experience.

    Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

    May handle occasional errands/shopping for maintenance supplies, etc.

    Employer pays portion of Health Insurance. Opportunity for year-end bonus based on performance.

    Qualifications

    High School degree or GED required, certification or diploma in related field an asset

    Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and have reliable transportation.

    Some heavy lifting may be required (70lbs).

    Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Organized, self-starter and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision

    Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite are a bonus
