REQUIREMENT: Project Manager-Health care Must Have PMP Certification

Austin, Texas (Onsite)---Locals Only Need Overall 12+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years in IT project management experience

8 years in data management solutions (data warehouses, data lakes, etc.) or data analytics/business intelligence, web-based (J2EE) development or SOA-related architecture

8 years in excellent verbal and written communication skills

8 years in developing clear, concise project documentation

8 years in team management through meetings, mentoring, facilitation, and training

8 years in project progress monitoring using risk management practices

8 years in keeping leadership informed on project issues and progress

8 years in expert-level problem resolution skills

8 years in project management lifecycle (PMLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)

8 years in tracking project budgets and updating costs in project tracking tools

8 years in leading Agile sprints (planning increments, backlog grooming, daily scrums, retrospectives, Kanban)

Preferred:

6 years in the Healthcare Industry, specifically public health.

6 years managing multi-agency or multi-IT department initiatives

6 years in Health and Human Services agency

5 years managing TSS Sprint Teams for the State of Texas

5 years managing resources in matrixed environments

5 years in creating project/work/quality plans

5 years in full lifecycle from analysis to deployment

5 years leading and motivating IT project teams

3 years working with access & eligibility programs

Specific Skills:

Strong IT project management experience (8+ years)

Agile sprint leadership (planning, scrums, retrospectives, Kanban)

Expertise in PMLC and SDLC

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Team leadership and mentoring

Budget and risk management

Experience with data management solutions (e.g., data lakes, BI)

Proficiency in project tracking tools

Strong problem-solving skills

PMP certification required, Scrum Master preferred
