Your job will be to take on one or more of these roles: Audit / SOX Tester, Reviewer, Project manager or SOX PMO. Depending on your skills & experience, you can take on different roles for different clients and jobs, all remotely on a contract basis. Consultants with a Cybersecurity background are also welcome. During the execution of your tasks, you have access to our support team whether for technical issues or Audit related matters. This team's objective is to make you successful & accelerate your learning curve of our easy to use software, as well as contribute to your professional development through constant QC reviews & feedback.

FREELANCER RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on your level of experience, you might be assigned one or more of the following responsibilities for one or more clients:

• Preparing test plans
• Collecting evidence 
• Performing testing of internal controls: Manual, IT Apps, ITGC or Entity level controls
• Managing the auditors team and reviewing the team's performance
• Managing Scope & Schedule of testing projects
• Providing guidance to Clients SOX PMOs & actively participating

FREELANCER REQUIREMENTS 

We are looking for auditors with one or more of the following attributes:

• Public accounting or Internal Audit or a combination of both 
• Security professionals with experience in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF , NIST 800-53 , ISO 27001 or ISA 62443 
• SOX testing / remediation / compliance experience
• knowledge of auditing and control requirements and practices
• Management experience leading auditors 
• Project Management experience, especially in the compliance field
• Analytical skills, Reliability and attention to detail
• Familiarity with accounting software, mainly ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Workday...)
• Background in Accounting, Finance or IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering; 
• Professional certifications encouraged but not required (such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CFE, COBIT, ISC, PMP, or equivalents)
