This is a part-time, contract opportunity—perfect for an artist who wants flexibility, the ability to grow their own book of business, and the support of an established brand with built-in demand.

Deliverables of the partnership:

Perform Ombre Brows, Microblading, Lip Blush, and other PMU services

Provide tailored consultations and safe, customized applications

Educate clients on aftercare to ensure lasting results

Maintain sanitation standards and a professional work environment

Stay up to date on PMU trends and techniques

Requirements:

Valid DSHS License for Permanent Makeup in Texas

Portfolio showcasing prior PMU work

Strong artistry, precision, and client service focus

Ability to maintain professionalism and hygiene standards

Passion for helping clients look and feel their best

Nice to Have:

Additional compensation opportunities available for applicants with cosmetology/esthetician license who have an interest in expanding their service offerings.

Compensation:

Compensation: $1,500–$2,500/month depending on services performed, with additional earning potential through commissions and client growth. This is a contractor position, and income will vary based on schedule and demand.
