    Job Description

    The VP of Solutions Consulting will be an expert in understanding both technical and business strategies and solutions that drive marketing transformation and open up digital business transformation opportunities for the Groupe.  

    Core practices will include Privacy Enhancing Tech, Consent Experiences, Modern Data Architecture, and applications of AI/ML in media and measurement.  

    The VP should have a thorough understanding of all the major Martech and Adtech partners in the space (e.g. Snowflake, AWS, Adobe, SalesForce, Google, OneTrust, Epsilon, LiveRamp, Neustar,etc.), and how the evolving regulations around privacy are driving innovation and advancements in the advertising space.  

    The VP should be comfortable speaking on topics related to measurement, digital trust technology like (CDP, Cloud, Clean Room, CMP, Omni-Commerce) and identity resolution and how it impacts media. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, agency teams, strategic partners, and clients to create integrated solutions and accelerators that solve client challenges and drive new revenue opportunities for the Groupe. 

    Responsibilities:  

    • Guide customer in marketing and digital transformation, understanding where Groupe and partner solutions integrate with holistic architecture and strategy. 

    • Exceptional client leadership and presentation skills  

    • Deep ability to translate business challenges to technical requirements  

    • Ability to lead client workshops and consulting projects  

    • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities for both Groupe and strategic channel partner solutions  

    • Collaborate with PMX enable and agency leads to identify to drive joint business and account planning  

    • Have deep subject matter expertise in privacy tech and consent experience  

    • Execute both diagnostic tool-based assessments, as well as hands on project-based consulting  

    • Conduct discovery meetings to collect, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements during the sales cycle to support the implementation team and produce a detailed solution proposal. 

    • Run client interviews, collect disparate information to inform proposals and SOWs 

    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: effectively manage cross-functional initiatives and relationships across agencies, partners, delivery teams, regions, and clients

      

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of solution consulting or pre-sales engineering experience  

    • 4+ years of agency, brand or adtech / martech vendor experience preferred  

    • Prior experience working with blue chip clients to enable strategy and process at a global scale  

    • Skilled at building senior relationships and delivering high impact work to your clients  

    • Interest and experience in marketing technology and using the technology to strengthen the value accretive business strategy and transformation efforts for clients 

    • Deep understanding of the privacy landscape is preferred  

    • Strong understanding of data and technology platforms (i.e. LiveRamp, Amazon Ads, The Trade Desk, Google Marketing Platform, Neustar, Epsilon)  

    • Experience with cloud-based architecture, (i.e. Salesforce Customer 360, Adobe Real Time CDP, Snowflake, AWS, Infosum, LiveRamp, Habu, Google Cloud Platform)  

    • Flexible with the ability to keep up with a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. Problem solvers, comfortable developing and working to different solution types and scopes. 

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate and lead projects across multiple teams and functions

     

    Additional Information

    All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: $143,000 - $225,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
