    You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of a busy Real Estate office. This will include helping support the outside sales reps and their needs to meet their goals each month. The candidate should have friendly customer service skills and be able to conduct business on a high level of professionalism. All applicants should possess flexibility, time management skills, and be task-oriented. Organizational and communication skills are a must in this position. Responsibilities: • Communicate professionally and provide concierge-level customer service to third-party vendors, contractors, clients, and customers • Perform day-to-day operations, direct administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget • Assist with projects and special events • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards • Running errands Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Real estate experience preferred but will train • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Be a team player who is deliberate, consistent, attentive, and accurate • Able to research and interpret information and possess problem-solving skills • Adhering to the vision and mission of the company Compensation: $28,000-$35,000 DOE
