Are you a logistics leader who thrives on building teams, solving complex problems, and growing high-value customer relationships? As a POD Manager at Circle Logistics, you will step into a strategic leadership role where you own outcomes, drive revenue growth, and directly impact customer success.
You will lead a team of Account Managers, oversee key client relationships, and scale a book of business that fuels long-term partnerships and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 Account Managers to drive performance and growth
Own strategy and execution for large, complex customer accounts
Manage RFQs, pricing strategy, and tailored logistics solutions
Partner with Sales to transition new business into long-term, scalable accounts
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer communication and issue resolution
Build and execute strategies to increase revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction
Conduct regular strategy calls with customers and internal leadership
Track, manage, and exceed KPIs, benchmarks, and financial targets
Drive continuous improvement across processes, performance, and service delivery
Collaborate with executive leadership on company-wide growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a freight brokerage or logistics environment
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a people management role
Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Experience with or ability to quickly learn TMS and CRM platforms
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (including reporting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Positive, professional mindset with a strong work ethic

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in a freight brokerage or logistics environment
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a people management role
Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Experience with or ability to quickly learn TMS and CRM platforms
