Job Description

• Handle cleaning chemicals according to standard operating procedures
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of chemicals used for the various CIP’s
• Must be able to pass a written test to operate CIP equipment, including but not limited to the APS, SERAC filler, tanks etc.
• Must pass a physical test demonstrating the use of the APS, SERAC filler, tanks etc.
• Ability to demonstrate the importance of safety at all times by using the correct PPE’s for each task and following the SWS/SSOP for the task that is being performed.
• Use the color coding chart to ensure that the correct chemical containers are being used.
• Learn cleaning methods used in the different plants so that plants equipment is not damaged due to improper cleaning.
• Ability to fill out the MSS sheets of areas that were cleaned throughout the shift.

Qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Able to execute directives
• Ability to work with chemicals and/or learn proper chemical properties for dilution, mixing and safe handling of chemicals.

• Proactively and consistently works on improving performance, problem solving and facilitation skills
• Reports to work with good attitude and ready to work with team member and consistently works with the team to complete tasks in a timely manner.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Report any issues that contribute to inability to execute KPI; specifically centered on employee performance.
• Work with other support and internal customer teams to resolve conflicts and problems.

KPIS (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS)

• No major safety incidents (No Recordable Incidents)
• Downtime less than 1%
• Sanitation Operations executed according to MSS
• Overtime less than 10% Daily
• Sanitation Schedule completion
