  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Must be able to read and comprehend a production schedule
    • Must follow all standard work procedures
    • Ability to work safely with chemicals
    • Ability to troubleshoot basic failure symptoms of the machinery
    • 5s knowledge
    • Compliance with companies GMP’s
    • Ensure that work area is clear from any hazard materials
    • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
    • Report any potential safety hazards to lead or Supervisor
    • Abide company policies and procedures that are implemented or when revised
    • Ensure all controlled documents are completed and accurate.

    Bottle Decorating Machines

    • Responsible for maintaining Bottle Decoration line with good quality printed bottles
    • Performing duties, such as but not limited to: moving materials, verifying accurate screen artwork, production counts, dumping gaylords, removing defects as needed, machine changeover, setup, operate and adjustments.
    • Ability to complete all production paperwork accurately
    • Ability to create systematically finished decorated bottle tags
    • Ability to consume systematically bareware bottle tags
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Screen Fabrication

    Qualifications

    • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
    • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
    • Must have a flexible work schedule with some mandatory weekends and overtime.
    • Must have the ability to document and understand written sentences in work related documentation.
    • Communication skills, appropriately communicate with operation personnel, coworkers, and management.

    Compensation: $18.50
