Non-profit organization affiliated with the affordable housing industry is seeking a dynamic, resourceful & engaging individual to join our team as a Recruiter. The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting efforts at multiple locations within the organization and sourcing every available outlet (job boards, alumni networks, events etc.) to find potential candidates to fill current and future needs. This position requires a professional, organized, and detailed individual with excellent computer and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
2+ years of Recruiting experience with at least 1 years in a sourcing role.
Demonstrated proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems, internet search engines.
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Cold calling experience
Punctual and reliable work record
1 year of social media recruitment and marketing experience including, but not limited to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) required. Must be able to communicate effectively via social media platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and research skills
Attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills
Ability to handle confidential information on a daily basis
Position will require daily use of ATS software, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Microsoft 365 Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.
Occasional travel
