Job Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
Perform intakes and assessments
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current and unrestricted board certified behavior analyst certification and maintain certification through the BACB.
Previous experience as a RBT or BCBA preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Eligible to participate in state or federally funded programs such as Medicaid.
Must be able to provide individualized applied behavior analysis services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
