POWr is in search of a QA ANALYST to join our team of super talented, enthusiastic and mildly quirky POWr Rangers. At POWr, we embrace a fast-moving, high energy, and ever-improving environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

• QA test new features and file detailed bug reports
• Create QA documentation, implement QA best practices, and develop the strategy for automated and manual testing
• Lead a small distributed team of QA testers. You're in charge of setting OKRs for the QA team and you ensure that QA doesn't become a bottleneck in the release cycle.
• Become an absolute expert in the POWr product range (a suite of website plugins)
• Assist the customer support team in reproducing and troubleshooting user-reported issues
• Work closely with our engineering team on getting new features and products launched successfully (and bug-free!)
• Give continuous feedback on usability, design and potential pitfalls of new features

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a fast-paced agile startup environment where new code gets deployed on a daily basis and shit sometimes breaks
• Reliable and organized - our engineering team will rely on you to get their projects released on time
• Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ambitious, humble team-player who knows how to delight our users and our engineering team!
• Knowledgeable about the tools and frameworks used for automated testing - you have written automated tests before or have at least a basic understanding of the tools available
• Knowledgeable in or willing to learn: HTML, CSS, Javascript, and git (if you have any certificates for successfully completed online or offline coding classes, we'd love to see them)
