As we grow, we're looking for a PPC Specialist who can manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid media channels, while helping our clients scale smarter and faster.
About the Role
As our PPC Specialist , you'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Shopping, Search, Performance Max) and other performance platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
You'll use Cropink's creative tools to improve ad visuals and message alignment across all channels. You'll also work closely with our product, design, and content teams to deliver smarter campaigns and educate our audience with insights from real-world testing.
Additionally, you'll support selected Cropink clients by offering expert guidance on how to structure, scale, and optimize their PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Set up and maintain high-performing Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns using enriched feeds
- Launch and test new campaigns across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) with clear KPIs
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS and efficiency
- Run creative and copy tests across channels and audiences
- Collaborate with product and design teams to align creative direction with performance goals
- Provide PPC support and recommendations to selected Cropink clients
- Share expert input with the content team to help create high-quality blog posts, guides, and case studies
- Report on cross-channel campaign performance and growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads and paid social platforms
- Hands-on experience with Search, Shopping, Performance Max , and at least one of: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest Ads
- Strong understanding of product feeds, campaign structure, and optimization best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategy
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking setups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced, remote startup
Nice to Have
- Experience using tools like Feedink , Channable, or ad creative platforms (e.g. Cropink , Marpipe, Hunch)
- Familiarity with Figma or visual creative workflows
- Experience writing or contributing to educational marketing content
- Understanding of creative testing across different ad ecosystems
