    Serenity Health Group (SHG) operates Red Top Wellness Center and North Georgia Recovery Center, two behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities serving the greater Atlanta area, with a third facility currently in development. Our in-house marketing team runs performance-driven digital programs designed to connect people in need with the right level of care.

    Position Overview

    We are hiring a mid-level PPC Specialist to own paid search operations across our facility portfolio. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage active Google Ads accounts, maintain conversion tracking infrastructure, and work cross-functionally with landing page and CRM workflows to drive measurable admissions outcomes.

    This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our Kennesaw, GA office.

    Key Responsibilities

    Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max for multiple facilities

    Monitor performance daily and make data-backed adjustments to bids, budgets, keywords, and ad copy

    Own conversion tracking setup and QA across Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4

    Maintain accurate call attribution through CallTrackingMetrics (CTM)

    Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align paid campaigns with landing page strategy and CRM disposition data

    Produce regular performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders

    Proactively identify optimization opportunities and flag performance issues

    Qualifications

    Required:

    2 to 4 years of hands-on Google Ads management in a lead generation or service-based environment

    Solid working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4 conversion tracking

    Ability to interpret performance data and act on it independently

    Preferred:

    Experience with call tracking platforms, particularly CallTrackingMetrics

    Familiarity with CRM-connected attribution workflows

    Background in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare digital marketing

    Google Ads certification

    What Success Looks Like

    Within your first 90 days, you will have a clear command of our campaign structure, tracking setup, and admissions funnel. From there, you will take increasing ownership of optimization decisions and performance reporting with a high degree of independence.
