    YOUR ROLE AT CLOROX:

    This position reports to the Sales Planning Manager - PPD Cleaning. The focus of this role is to support the increased demands of the Clorox PPD Cleaning business driving the reporting, data analysis and allocation support to enable success.

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    ENGAGE OUR PEOPLE AS OWNERS

    • Build effective working relationships with internal business partners and field sales stakeholders to drive the business
    • Drive inclusion and diversity of experience, gender, ethnicity and thought in the organization

    DEVELOP REPORTING INSIGHTS TO DRIVE THE BUSINESS

    • Partner with other PPD Analysts on managing and sending PPD-wide reports (e.g. SAC Tracker, Daily Cuts Report, etc.)
    • Partner with PPD stakeholders to apply reporting insights toward future business planning
    • Answer ad-hoc questions related to business performance
    • Assist with reporting needs for S&OP and allocation processes

    CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SUPPORT

    • Support daily PPD Cleaning cuts process
    • Partner with key PPD NAMs and TLs to enable sales activities
    • Gain knowledge of and support on-going management of AMPS for Cleaning Brands
    • Support process that drives allocations for PPD customers

    BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT

    • Leverage reporting sources to support development of core annual business plans (and mid-year updates with analysis of business trends, customer effectiveness, etc. Includes SAC tracking for eCommerce. Present learning / ideas to manager and leadership team.
    • Influence customer business plans by driving reporting insights into action and providing funding guidance PPD Sales leads

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

    Proficient on key PPD analytical tools (Tableau / Power BI for distributor shipment and trace sale data)

    • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office platform, specifically excel
    • Strong understanding of PPD systems and processes
    • Customer understanding and basic selling skills, including consultative/solution selling
    • Strong category knowledge

    EDUCATION LEVEL/DEGREE: BS/BA degree

    PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE: Sales, dales, Data analytics, category insightsteam members to encourage developmentsiness trends, customer and associated insights to ata analytics, category insights

    POTENTIAL CAREER PATH: SSA, SPM, Field Sales
