This position is for Day Shift within store hours:

• Monday – Friday 7am to 5pm
• Saturday 8am – 12pm
• Closed on Sunday

As a Retail Sales Lead , you will be the reason our customers come back into the store. You will assist customers; help train and oversee employees as they process customer orders and payments to help increase sales in the store. You will learn to balance costs with operational tasks, including management of inventory.

** Main Responsibilities

**

• Greet and assess customer needs as they come into the store and offer solutions
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer request
• Suggest and upsell additional products, such as brushes, rollers, and tape
• Ensure store is always clean and well-stocked
• Process orders and payments request in person, over phone, online, and email
• Will use computer to input orders and manage inventory counts
• Reporting to and assisting the Store Manager with creating and achieving sales growth goals, meeting service standards, and employee engagement with training, mentoring, and motivating employees

** Important Qualifications

**

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment and stable job history
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver license, with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record
• Availability to work overtime and some Saturdays
• We ask that you can stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
