Production Operator, Springdale, PA

Starting pay: $20.50 per hour plus a $.65 shift differential when working on evening shift and a $.75 shift differential for night shift

You will receive a $.75 increase after 180 days

Sign on bonus: $500.00

Shift: rotating shift every week

1st shift – 7:00am – 3:00pm

2nd shift – 3:00pm – 11:00pm

3rd shift – 11:00pm – 7:00am

As a Production Operator

you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.

• Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers.

• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

• Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
