    As the Human Resources Manager, you will be developing and managing both new and existing programs and systems for the human resources department. In addition, creating dynamic and positive feedback and support loops for all levels within the organization will be critical. Responsibilities: • Lead efforts to maintain a positive work environment and proactively address employee relations issues. • Engage directly with employees to incorporate their feedback and insights into HR practices and company culture. • Focus on creating and refining accurate position descriptions across the company, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. • Play a key role in the recruitment process, contributing to strategies that attract and retain top talent. • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the company. • Oversee the enhancement of our performance review process, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with company objectives. • Administer the employee benefits programs, ensuring seamless operation and employee understanding. Also continuously reviewing benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive and meet employee needs. • Lead initiatives that demonstrate the company's commitment to social responsibility and positive community impact. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. • Experience in finance or real estate is preferred. • Must possess superior interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in HR operations and employee engagement. • Payroll and benefits administration experience. • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration. • Prior involvement in recruitment and talent management, demonstrating an ability to attract and retain top talent. • Experience in managing payroll and benefits processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Someone who takes initiative and can effectively delegate. Compensation: $90,000 yearly
