[Duties ]
- Coordinate all activities and communications relative to the government purchasing system (TIPS) Co-op and confirm operational compliance.
- Develop initial project proposals, cost breakdown, provide mark-up to SR legal and request completed AIA Sub-Contractor Agreement
- Coordinate requests for all bonds, insurance documents and additional items requested by client
[Requirements ]- At least 3 years of experience as a business/operations administrator
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
[Details ]- $18 to $23 an hour (depending on experience)
