We are looking for 2nd and 3rd shift Alloy Technicians to join our world class team near Twinsburg, Ohio!!

Principal Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, fill and clean all furnaces and launder systems to ensure timely delivery of clean, in specification metal to the casting machines.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Receive instructions and information from supervisor.
• Check temperatures and other gauges for proper working order, adjusting as necessary. 
• Add hot metal, ingot, sows, and scrap to furnaces.
• Take alloy gas readings and submit to Quality.
• Flux, rake, skim and clean all furnaces and launder systems to remove oxidized aluminum from walls and impurities from the bottom.
• Able to operate a forklift to move skimming's and scrap to reverbs or staging area.
• Able to operate a forklift and necessary equipment to clean the Reverb Furnaces.
