National leading provider of general contracting and project management services for commercial build-outs, project rollouts, renovations and retrofits is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our growing team.
[Duties ]
- Assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements including contract administration, change order processing, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout
- Provide detailed reporting and support to keep track of schedules and changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
- Track and verify that milestones are met throughout the project, such as permits, material deliveries, inspections, close out documents, etc
[Requirements ]- Be able to read blueprints to order materials based on scope of work
- Prior experience working in an office support position for a construction company
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs & Construction Management software
[Details ]- $55k - $60k depending on experience
- 401k, profit sharing, health, dental, vision, life, PTO, referral bonuses, and early leave during Summer on Fridays
- Mon-Fri | 8am – 5pm
